Inti and Domingo helped us out today when an online takeout order went wrong. They were so nice, professional, and helpful. They all went out of our way to resolve the issue AND make sure we got our order. Their manager Bouchra was awesome too! Great customer service is hard to find nowadays but we found it today at Souvlaki Fast WPB. Thank you!!!

☆☆☆☆ — They Don't Even Know What They're Selling Let me be very clear about what a gyro is: lamb meat, wrapped in pita bread, with fresh vegetables and tahini sauce. That is what I ordered. That is what I paid for. That is not what I received. Instead, I was handed a takeout container filled with nothing but loose meat. No pita. No vegetables. I did not receive a gyro, but I was charged full price. This wouldn't sting as badly if I lived around the corner. I drove an hour and a half to pick this up, based on trust built over previous visits. To arrive home and open a container that barely resembles what I ordered is a slap in the face to every mile I traveled. And when I tried to call to address it? They stopped picking up. Repeatedly. A business that takes your money, sends you home with the wrong order, and then ghosts you when you try to resolve it has no business serving the public. Stay far away. They will take your money and your time without a second thought.

I had a terrible experience at this location. As you can see in the photo, I was served what looked like leftover scraps of gyro meat, along with a very small portion of salad. The meat itself was black, burnt, and incredibly dry. The portion sizes were also surprisingly small compared to pictures posted in previous reviews. I highly recommend to avoid this location!

If you’re at the outlet mall and want something fresh, quick, and actually satisfying, SouvlakiFast is a great find. For a food court spot, the quality really stands out. The salads are incredibly fresh—crisp veggies, bright flavors, and generous portions that don’t feel like an afterthought. Everything tastes like it’s prepared with care, not just thrown together. On top of that, the service is genuinely friendly and efficient. The staff keeps things moving while still being welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better when you’re in a busy shopping environment. Definitely a go-to if you’re craving casual Greek food that delivers on both freshness and service.

I ordered the Chicken Gyro Platter with a Greek salad, pita, tzatziki sauce, and a side of Greek fries. It was honestly the best thing I have ever eaten at a mall. The food was flavorful, fresh and just delicious. The platter is also enough to feed two. Overall 10⭐️. I would definitly eat here again and highly recommend.
